Heavenly Father, Creator of all that is seen and unseen, I come before You with a heart full of admiration and awe. I am grateful for the physical health and strength You grant me each day. For every breath I take, I thank You; it is a testament to Your sustaining power. Help me to care for my body, which is a temple of Your Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and to use my physical gifts to serve others with a joyful heart.
Emotionally, I ask for Your comfort in times of distress and for clarity of mind when doubts assail me. Thank You for being the Rock upon which I can lean and the Light that dispels all darkness.
