Invocation:
Dear Heavenly Father,
I come before You with a heart that longs for healing and peace. You are my refuge and strength, an ever-present help in times of trouble. I seek Your guidance and love to lead me beyond the shadows of spiritual abuse.
Prayer:
Lord, my soul is weary, burdened by wounds that cut deep. I ask for Your love to envelop me, filling the spaces that pain has occupied. You are the Great Healer, and I believe in Your power to restore my spirit. Psalm 147:3 reminds me that You “heal the brokenhearted and bind up their wounds.” Please mend my heart and renew my faith.
Father, I acknowledge the confusion and distrust that have taken root in me. I ask for Your clarity and truth to dispel doubt and fear. Help me to discern Your voice above all others, to find comfort in Your promises. Guide me with Your light, as You have promised to "make straight paths" for my feet (Proverbs 3:6).
Emotionally, I ask for strength and courage to forgive, to let go of bitterness and anger. Teach me to forgive those who have harmed me, as You have forgiven me (Ephesians 4:32). Temper my spirit with patience and understanding, replacing pain with compassion.
Physically, Lord, let my body feel the renewal of Your presence. Grant me rest and rejuvenation, knowing that You are with me always, even unto the ends of the earth (Matthew 28:20).
Surround me with Your love and wisdom, placing supportive people in my life who reflect Your grace and goodness. Let their kindness and encouragement be a balm to my soul.
Conclusion:
Thank You, Father, for hearing my prayer and for the healing that You are already working within me. I trust in Your unfailing love and the plans You have for my future, plans to prosper and not to harm me, plans to give me hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11).
In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
