Heavenly Father,
I come before You with a humble heart, yearning for Your guidance and love. You are the Creator of all things and the source of true freedom. I seek Your strength in overcoming my struggles with social media addiction, a force that often leaves me feeling empty and unfulfilled.
Lord, I know that in You, I can find the peace and freedom I seek. Your Word reminds me in 2 Corinthians 3:17, "Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom." I pray for Your Spirit to fill me, freeing me from the chains that hold me captive to screens and endless scrolling.
Help me, Father, to discern what is truly valuable and to focus my heart on what nurtures my soul. Guard my mind from the distractions and comparisons that social media often brings. Remind me of Psalm 139:14, that I am fearfully and wonderfully made in Your image, and that my worth is found in You alone, not in likes or comments.
Guide me to use my time wisely, investing in genuine relationships and activities that reflect Your love. Help me to find balance, Lord, and to appreciate the beauty of the world around me—the beauty You have created.
I pray, O God, for strength to break free from habits that do not serve my well-being. Help me to replace these with practices that draw me closer to You, such as prayer, worship, and meditation on Your Word.
Thank You, Lord, for Your endless grace and mercy. I am grateful for Your unyielding love that embraces me, even in weakness. I trust in Your unfailing promises and believe in Your power to transform my life.
