Lord, I acknowledge the moments of my life where regret lingers like shadows, reminding me of past choices and the paths that led me astray. Yet, I am comforted by Your promise that "if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come" (2 Corinthians 5:17). With these words, I find assurance that through You, I can leave behind what was and step into the radiant dawn of what can be.
Father, my heart sometimes feels heavy, weighed down by the physical manifestations of my emotional struggles. In those moments, grant me the courage to release my grip on the past and to embrace Your healing touch. You said, "Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). May I find rest in Your unfailing love.
I seek Your grace, Lord, to transform regret into wisdom, understanding, and compassion. Teach me to learn from my past, but not to dwell within it. Help me to forgive myself as You have forgiven me, "as far as the east is from the west, so far does He remove our transgressions from us" (Psalm 103:12), and let this truth fill my heart with peace.
