Lord, I desire to love others deeply and authentically, as You have loved me. Yet, I recognize the need for boundaries that protect my heart and nurture my well-being. Grant me the clarity to discern where these boundaries should be, so that my love may be a reflection of Your grace.
Your Word tells us in Proverbs 4:23, "Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it." Help me to safeguard my heart with Your wisdom, ensuring that my actions and words are rooted in love and respect—both for myself and others.
Guide me with empathy, Lord, so I may understand the needs and emotions of those I cherish. Let my boundaries be an expression of self-love and an extension of the love I give, allowing relationships to flourish in Your peace.
Strengthen me, Father, to stand firm when my boundaries are challenged. Fill me with courage, grounded in Philippians 4:13, knowing that "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
