Heavenly Father,

Prayer:
Lord, in this season of waiting and uncertainty, grant me the grace to find peace amidst the storm. You promised in Psalm 46:1 that You are "our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble." Help me to lean on this truth when I feel overwhelmed by the physical and emotional challenges I face.
Father, guide my steps with Your wisdom. When confusion clouds my mind, and my path seems uncertain, illuminate the way forward with Your divine guidance. Teach me to trust in Your plan, as Jeremiah 29:11 assures me, "For I know the plans I have for you… plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

Father, bolster my spirit with resilience. When I feel I cannot go on, infuse me with the strength that only You can provide. Remind me of Philippians 4:13: "I can do all things through Him who strengthens me." Empower me to face each day with renewed courage and hope.
Lord, surround me with love and support, bringing compassion and understanding from those You place in my life. Let me find solace in the empathy of others who walk similar paths and encouragement from those who walk alongside me.
